Consent to personal data processing
By selecting the separate checkbox in the form, I freely and voluntarily consent to the processing of my personal data by the NexTalk Access operator, Kiuru Sviatoslav Sergeevich, taxpayer identification number 100502601135, under the following terms.
1. Data
Name, email, request details concerning the network, provider and devices, support conversations, access status and expiry date, aggregate technical traffic volume, payments, and enabled auto-renewal. The operator does not receive full bank card details.
2. Purposes
- reviewing a request, creating an account, and providing access;
- performing the agreement, accepting payment, and issuing and delivering receipts;
- operating auto-renewal when separately enabled by the user;
- support, expiry notifications, and service security.
3. Processing operations
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, transfer to processors to the extent necessary, restriction, deletion, and destruction by automated means.
4. Duration and withdrawal
This consent remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless further processing is required by law or contract. Consent may be withdrawn by emailing support@nextalk.chat. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before it was received.

Detailed retention periods, processors, and user rights are specified in the privacy policy. Acceptance of the public offer uses a separate checkbox.
